What this experience explores

A different relationship with what happens inside.

Business Relationships applies Emotional First Aid skills to meetings, leadership, collaboration, clients, difficult conversations and recurring interpersonal friction. The aim is not to make conflict disappear; it is to create more choice in how you participate in it.

Important: Peak-state language comes from the Institute for the Study of Peak States framework. Emotional First Aid presents these ideas as experiential education, not established medical fact and not a guaranteed outcome.
YOU MAY EXPLORE
  • Notice when urgency, defensiveness or status concerns are driving the conversation.
  • Separate the practical business problem from the emotional charge around it.
  • Practise clearer requests, boundaries and repair after difficult interactions.
  • Use emotional self-regulation to preserve judgement under pressure.
